    It's been a few years already since Dell  discontinued the drives in the 3.5 inch form factor in this 600GB 15K specification. The 2.5 inch drives in the 3.5 inch  Hybrid drives just work as well and I recently confirmed with my service tag request that this is what Dell is currently shipping for replacements if you are fortunate enough to still have running warranty on your PowerEdge or Arrays.
